NaPrell Van Buren Events started in 1997 as a new bride.Now, here we are a team of creatives absolutely enjoying making event dreams come true. Each team member (Designer/Florist) brings a different set of unique skills to your special day and can't wait to hear all about it!

My name is Mason, and I’m a proud native of South Carolina. My journey in the world of design and events began with a love for aesthetics, creativity, and transforming visions into reality. I spent two years modeling in New York, where I was fortunate enough to immerse myself in the vibrant and fast-paced world of fashion. Walking runways, working with talented designers, and collaborating with industry professionals taught me the incredible impact that design can have on the way people experience the world around them. From the smallest details to the grandest visual statements, I realized that design is a powerful storytelling tool.
After my time in New York, I relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where I continued to follow my passion for design while growing in new directions. For the past 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Naprell Van Buren Events, a partnership that has allowed me to refine my design and event planning expertise. From conceptualizing intimate gatherings to orchestrating large-scale celebrations, I’ve had the opportunity to bring countless dreams to life, carefully curating every detail to reflect my clients’ unique visions.
Design is at the heart of everything I do. It's about more than just making things look beautiful—it’s about creating an experience that resonates deeply with those involved. I thrive on translating abstract ideas into tangible designs that feel personal, authentic, and unforgettable. Whether it’s selecting the perfect color palette, curating the right textures, or coordinating each piece of an event to tell a cohesive story, I approach every project with a meticulous eye for detail and an understanding of how design can evoke emotion and connection.
Currently, I’m attending Arizona State University, majoring in Business Communications. I’ve found that my studies in this field perfectly complement my design work, as they allow me to communicate my ideas clearly and effectively with clients, collaborators, and vendors. At the core of my design philosophy is communication—listening carefully to clients, understanding their vision, and then bringing it to life in ways that exceed their expectations. I believe that design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about connection, communication, and creating an experience that leaves a lasting impact. Hi, I’m Riley Taylor, and I’m currently pursuing a Biology degree at Arizona State
University after transferring from the University of South Carolina. Growing up as a military
child, I had the privilege of living in various places, which helped me develop a strong sense of
adaptability and resilience. Eventually, I found my home in Charleston, South Carolina, where
I’ve been able to embrace the rich culture and community. My diverse experiences have shaped
who I am today, and they continue to inspire my passion for creating meaningful connections
through event planning.
Throughout my journey, I've always had a passion for organization and creativity, which
eventually led me to explore the world of event planning. Whether it's coordinating small
gatherings or large-scale events, I thrive on creating seamless experiences that leave lasting
impressions and high guest satisfaction. I believe that every event, no matter the size, should
reflect the unique vision and energy of its hosts, and I am dedicated to making that vision a
reality.
In my free time, I’m deeply passionate about reading, exploring the outdoors, and
focusing on wellness. I find that reading allows me to continuously grow and learn, while
outdoor activities provide me with the mental clarity and energy needed to stay focused. I also
prioritize my physical and mental health, understanding that wellness is an essential part of
maintaining balance in both my personal and professional life. These passions fuel my creativity
and motivate me to bring positive energy to everything I do, including my work in event
planning.
I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly under
pressure to any event planning team. My background as a military child has instilled in me the
ability to stay calm and think critically, no matter the challenge. I am a natural collaborator,
always open to new ideas and working alongside our team and hosts to bring creative visions to
life. With excellent communication skills, a passion for organization, and a commitment to
creating flawless experiences, I am confident in my ability to handle complex event logistics and
deliver the exceptional results you are searching for. I’m excited to contribute my skills in
